Miss Maudie tells Scout that "Boo" is a really nice perdon and that he is still alive. He just doesn't like to socialze with other people. This is totally different from wat Scout thaought. She thought he was an old rotten man who ate cat.
3. Scout claims that “Dill could tell the biggest ones ” (lies) she ever heard. Why might Dill have told such lies?
Dill probably told lies becasue he didn't want people to know how his home life was. Also probably because he didn't want people to make fun of him because he doesn't have a father.
4. What reasons does Atticus give for the children not to play the Boo Radley game? Do you think he is right? Why?
Atticus says that the children shouldn't play the Boo Radley game because it was rude and they just didn't need to be playing that game. Also he thought it would hurt his feelings because it was making fun of Boo. Yes i think Atticus is right because it is rude to play a game about someone you don't know. Also it will amke him feel like no one likes him if he found out they were playing a game about him.

1.) “Miss Maudie hated her house: time spent indoors was time wasted.” Miss Maudie Atkinson is a widow. She works in her flowers to pass the time. She loved everything that grew form the earth. She is a typical women of Maycomb because she works in her flower bed and talks to the children. The children though she was nice they like her very much.

2.) “His name’s Arthur and he’s still alive” Miss Maudie tells scout that Boo is alive. She told scout this because she said that she has never seen him be carried out. This compared to what Scout already believes because now this kind of supports that he thinks that he is alive.

3.) “Dill Harris could tell the biggest ones I ever heard” Dill told perhaps told lies because he dint wasn’t people to know his live back at home. He is maybe embarrass because he doesn’t know what his dad really does. Also because his mom always work because he has no money.

4.) “You stop this nonsense right now, every one of you” The reason that Atticus for why he told the children not to play the Boo Radley game was that they shouldn’t make fun of his life. Yes I think that Atticus is right. It wasn’t right for the children to “experience again” the story. That was Boo’s personal life.

1.Miss Maudie is a woman who lives in the neighborhood of the Finchs’. ”Miss Maudie hated her house,” so she was usually on her porch. She let the children play in her yard if they didn’t get into her flowers, and they never really talked to her until Dill and Jem stopped letting Scout play with them. She isn’t a typical Maycomb woman, considering that she gardens in mens overalls. The children are very fond of her because she lets them play in her yard and eat her scuppernongs.

2. Miss Maudie tells Scout that Mr. Radley is alive, and that he just stays in his house all the time because he wants to. Scout finds this hard to believe because of all the other stories she has heard over and over. She always thought there was some big eventful story to why he was such a hermit.
3. Dill most likely tells Scout and Jem these crazy lies because he has nothing to tell them at all. Most kids who don’t have a lot try and say things to other people to make them feel better about themselves.
4. Atticus gives very good reasons for the kids not to play their “Boo” game anymore. He says that its rude and embarrassing to Mr. Radley, and he’s totally right. He doesn’t want his kids and his self to get embarrassed by their game.

Chapter 5

1.) She is most likely the typical Maycomb's county woman. She is a stereotypical person and believed in the rumors about Boo-Radley. She might of added on to the story herself becaus eshe seems like the person who loves to gossip.

2.) She tells Scout and the boys even more mysterious rumors about "Boo" and just adds on to their beliefs about him. She makes them actually more scared of the Radley House.

3.) Dill Might tell all those lies because he might be ashamed about his own life. He might not be having such a wonderful life as he says he does. He might actually just be neglected by his parents back home, but lies about it to Jem and Scout so he could fit in with them.

4.) Atticus tells them to stop because he thinks it is very rude and if one of the Radley's were to see them playing that game they would get very mad.
