Personal Response
Shyness or embarrassment has never stopped me from doing anything. Sure I’ve had some anxiety and nervousness when doing something, but I would do it anyway because I knew I could overcome it. Like in health, we have to perform CPR on dummies, and we have to do it in front of the whole class. I’m nervous because I don't want to mess up or look stupid in front of my classmates. Then I realized I'm not going to be the only one to feel that way. If anything I will gain more respect because I will show a little embarrassment doesn't faze me.
